Registration

Registration is binding

 

 

Cancellations

 

The tours will only take place when the weather conditions are optimal. If the tour has to be called of due to security reasons you will be reimbursed in the form of a voucher. Traveling costs are not included.

 

Please take into consideration the costs we have to incur in case of a cancellation.

 

Within 30 days of the tour 50.- CHF (one time payment)

Between 10 and 29 days before the tour (30% of the total bill)

Between 1 and 9 days before the tour (75% of the total bill)

Absent on the day of the tour (100% of the total bill)

 

Changing the menu is possible 3 or more days before the tour. Any changes made after this period cannot be catered to.

 

 

Insurance:

Any case of insurance the participants must make arrangements by themselves.

A valid health and accident insurance that also includes recovery costs is a requirement.

For items such as mobile phones, watches, jewelry, glasses, cameras etc we will not be held responsible.

 

Health

Average level of fitness and the ability to swim are both prerequisites. In case of any health issues please inform the guide before the tour takes place.
